The most asked question from our support team has always been: Could you remove this users email from the suppression list?
Say goodbye to unnecessary queries about removal from suppression list. All workspace admins can now take immediate action to remove users email from suppression list. The suppression list exists to ensure that emails are not sent to addresses that are not in use or reported issues, maintaining compliance and respecting user preferences. To remove an email from the suppression list, admins must be absolutely certain that the email is still in use and correctly spelled.
How to do it:
On Monday 27th of Nov, our monitoring flagged a significant spike in email delivery from a Free account, evidently used for spam. We promptly closed this account and found and closed three similar accounts.
Due to increased complaints from these mails AWS paused our email deliveries on 29th of Nov. Despite no direct notification, we identified and resolved the issue on 30th of Nov.
