Registration link with expriration date & removing participant from the workspace

Would it be possible to create registration links with which, upon registration, the participant would get access for e.g. 3 months (the duration would be selectable when creating the link)? I believe that such a feature would have a wider use.

An option to automatically remove the participant from the workspace would also be ueful.

This idea was born from a use case where an organisation would offer a workspace for customers a a service, for limited time. In this case it would be most simple, if anyone registering with the link, with these settings, would be deleted after x days. In this case a single link would do. A thing to keep in mind is that the countdown of the days should start upon registration for each user (so an expiration date for that link won't do, if multiple users use the same registration link). 

An additional setting, where the organisation could limit registration with, for example, a specific domain (specific customer), would be useful.

We have been thinking the same feature as a part of the "sell access to workspaces" feature. In its spec we have this part:

Possibility to limit the access based on time (x months)
Can use scheduled user deletion directly to manage “subscription”

Great! :) Will this also work, when customer is not an individual but an organisation, that is buying for example 50 spots or even unlimited access through single payment? (unlimited meaning for example for people with the customers domain emails)

These are good points! I actually thought that we had multiseat purchase on the spec already, but it is actually missing. I will update that.

Domain access purchase is an interesting idea, we will think about that!

Thanks Milla and Antti, good discussion. We also do have a concept called "relative time" in our roadmap. It means that we could build the workspace process based on time from the registration or first visit in the workspace. Scheduled feature could work that way.
