Pointing multiple cohorts to the same workspace from an external source

We have a course in RISE with a link to Howspace where learners will drop in assignments and collaborate. How do we do this without changing the link is RISE everytime we get a new cohort of learners? We don't want to use the same space since it can become messy having different cohorts of learners in the same space.

I'm not familiar with RISE and its capabilities, but one option would be using our API (docs) for workspace creation/duplication and adding participants.

If you need new workspace, then I don't think there is any way to avoid changing the URL somewhere.
