Happy 2024, all. I am designing a new workspace for a leadership program where the participants will be doing a lot of work on their personal development page, and I would like them to have access to the full suite of AI tools. At the moment, I seem only to be able to provide access to Word Cloud, Theme Cluster and Sentiment Analysis. We really will need the Summary as well.
(FYI - I tried to load images, and it would not load)

Karin, can you now try posting the screenshot? I don't fully understand where and why the Summary is missing.
These are the only options available - the Summary is not available
Currently only those 3 options are available.
One way to handle this is to use "AI insight" widget to show "summary". That way the summary will be available right on the page for participants.
Thank you, that is exactly what I have done. Is there a reason why it is not available?
I'm guessing that's been a rarely used feature and just hasn't never been done. The whole presentation of AI functionalities is getting re-thought as a part of the upcoming New Howspace so let's see if there's more ways for both admins and participants to get access to summaries and other functionalities.
