This template is designed for all leaders and facilitators working to advance with AI-related transformations. You can use this in a smaller team, in a project including stakeholders, or in an organization wide transformation.
The template is leveraging Facilitated Path Mode to allow the facilitator to guide the participants through one step of the process at the time. What’s included in each step can be adapted to your needs by modifying what widgets are grouped together in the containers.
As a facilitator, first walk through the path on your own, and modify itaccording to your needs. Then take your audience (team, employees, stakeholders) with you on the path step by step discussing and effectively visualizing the current situation, and making visible the future plans.
Use the workspace as the key source of status information by keeping it up to date every cycle, e.g. the Tuesday of every second week. You can use e.g. the email function in Howspace, or the Teams-integration to remind participants of relevant updates.
