Is it possible to add a "neutral option" to the scaling? Use case is that sometimes not all options do apply to everyone. So usually a participant would not give an answer for the one which doesn't apply, but have to do it in order to submit the answer in the Pulse widget.
Unfortunately allowing participants to vote with ‘0’ if an option doesn't apply, will shift the mathematical average and makes the evaluation of the survey within the widget unusable.
A "real" neutral option could maybe help in that case.
This would be very helpful to add. An additional idea would be to add the option to state a reason for not answering. For example if someone uses the "neutral option" a free text field appears to state the reason.
Yes, please!
Thanks for bringing this up. How this could be implemented? Can you give examples of that in the context of Howspace and Pulse widget?
