Possibility for organisation to allow only own visuals in all its workspaces

Is it possible to set up a workspace visuals for the user account so, that only organization approved visuals can be used? I.e. the user can choose the visuals for their workspace only from the alternatives that are allowed for that account´s workspaces? 

I assume you would also need to disable the visual editor from these cases also? So they cannot manually edit the visual styles?

Not sure, woul it exclude also the possibility to i.e. manually change font size in workspaces? Because in some cases this might be a question of accessibility and something that should be easily changed, though of course we can make one visuals model with bigger fonts. I guess it´s ok both ways, if the editor is open to all, then we just should make our own procedure and guide to the users clear.

Could this be solved mostly with instructions and guidance? 

Hi, in a large organisation like ours, it´s a bit difficult to oversee that the instructions are being followed, and this is why this suggestion was made, just guidance would demand resources we cannot use in howspace only. But I do understand if this is an issue that cannot easily be solved within the system. In that case, we continue as we do now and have our fingers crossed that throughout the organisation people follow the guidelines.
