Notification to confirm or edit one's name when entering a workspace for the first time

Howspace assigns a user's default name based on their email address, which is great for a lot users. A lot our users, however, use addresses that are not in the form of name.lastname@example.com, but can be anything from shared office addresses to more creative ones. 

It would be great to have a pop-up, like the one appearing when users have to answer mandatory profile fields, that would enable users to confirm or edit their usernames when first entering a workspace. The same pop-up could also include the option to edit their profile pictures (and answer the profile fields if some are used). 

This would be very intuitive and work in a way that is familiar from many other services! Also for us admins, it would negate the confusion from having to double check who is who in live-widget-meetings and having to instruct everyone to navigate to My profile to change their names. :)
