Notification to admin's email of participants progress

When tracking participants progress in a workspace it would be highly useful if as an admin one could receive an email/notification when the participant has completed all the activities set in the progress tool ("finished the course"). This would make it easier to manually approve the participant and issue the certificates (manually). The automatic issuing of the certificate does not work in this case as it would be better to have a human double-check the completion of activities.
