Currently inactive workspaces are automatically archived after a certain period of inactivity (6 months?). This cannot be configured on the organizational/account level, it's hard-coded. As an org main user, I'd want to be able to set the grace period myself (e.g. to 3 months), in order to get rid of obsolete stuff quicker (for de-cluttering workspace lists & for billing purposes).
