The development request is to add filtering options to the AI+, AI Summary, AI Word Cloud, and AI mindmap widgets. Similar to other widgets, having the ability to filter based on userlists, profile field values, teams, etc. It’s important to be able to apply multiple filters at the same time - for example, showing the results for two or several userlists combined.
Example use case:
A live global leadership summit with 150 leaders from all business units present. The activities in Howspace are facilitated using the facilitated path mode to make the experience smooth and easy for both admins and participants.
The need is for all participants to answer the same questions, and then be able to show/visualise the results on the spot, both for each business unit separately, and for a combination of some of the business units together, in the AI Summaries, Word Clouds and Mindmap. As well as analyze, compare, and highlight differences and gaps between business unit responses in the AI+ widget.
Right now, without filtering, the only workaround is to create multiple chats, one for each business unit, and guide participants to the correct one. This becomes messy and far less efficient and smooth user experience than using a single chat and filtering the various AI widgets results.
