If a user is allowed to do an exam again and again, always keep the best result as a ”primary result” and inform the user about what is happening. Example: Jill takes the exam for the first time and gets 17/20 (accepted). She tries again and gets 14/17 (not accepted). Jill would then get feedback from Howspace about her results (14/17) that she didn't improve, and therefore her previous best result is not replaced. If Jill instead improves her earlier results, she would be notified that her previous results will be replaced with her new better result.
It would really be wonderful if participants and admin can see all test rounds with the results. Right now, it is always the latest result that is saved and visible.
