Would it be possible to have an option to customize the default email message that users receive when they first register for the workspace (i.e., the first email they get from a workspace)?
My understanding is that this message is currently always the same as the standard "send me my login link" message, and that the registration email cannot be customized separately.
This would be helpful because the initial email could include important information, instructions, or links to help pages. It would assist users in getting started more easily and smoothly.
Hi Mika, are you familiar with the editing option of default emails? It can be done in Account manager for all your workspace or in workspace level for that specific workspace.
Workspace level:
- Go to Workspace manager > Emails > Default (tab) > Registration > Edit
Account manager:
- Emails (you can edit there also different language versions)
