Customizing PowerPoint (PDF ) to be more interactiv

I want to find a place where to customize my presentation slides. Something like Kahoot - so where you could get to vote by linking with QR-code (requesting email link at an event is quite inconvenient). Best solution would be if the polls or wordclouds could be included to the presentation slides somehow. 

I think there would be high demand for this for presentation at events. 

If there already is some way to do this, please let me know.
