The development idea is to create a new user list using multiple profile fields. I would like to create content for participants who have selected several profile fields, e.g., 'team' and ' location'.
I made an example video where I demonstrated what I mean. https://youtu.be/I8GuVcINxBs
In this workspace, we have several profile services. I want to create content and send emails to people who are part of the Customer Success team, and they are located in Scandinavia.
So the user list should include only those who are selected 'Customer success' AND 'Scandinavia'.
Thanks for the development idea. We discussed this through, and if we start supporting dynamic userlists with multiple profile fields, it gets heavy to manage. Only having four different functions combined with 5 locations would require quite many new userlists with all the combinations. What are your thoughts on the management side of this?
We decided to not start implementing this for now. Current workaround is to create 3rd profile field, that contains the needed combinations and use that as a userlist.
Thanks! I understand and it's great that there's a different approach being considered.
And just to mention another solution that might work: using organization field with deeper structure and matching those to userlists.
