The idea is that users/admins would be able to set their personal notification preferences in a sort of global profile - so one place where changes are done, and they're applied to all workspaces for that user. In addition, these preferences would be that user's default in any new workspace they're added to. This would be especially helpful for people who are admins in multiple active workspaces.
