Central Profile Field Info Possible to Share Across Workspaces

The use case:
A large memberbased organisation has several workspaces for different purposes in which their participants are active: central workspace, local workspaces, and different networks.

Using profile fields they collect/import information about the participants' roles and regions to be able to utilise this information in userlists as well as in the filtering options.

The current challenge:
The profile field info needs to be collected/imported into each separate workspace respectively, which creates unnecessary hustle either for participants or admins.

Also, when updates happen in the member register, e.g. a person moves to another region, right now this info saved in a profile field needs to be updated in all the workspaces that the member is in separately, as there is no way to update this centrally so that admin or participant does it once and it's updated in all workspaces he/she is part of.

Uppdateringar från medlemsregistrert t.ex. en person flyttar, med i många arbetsytor, just nu skulle behöva uppdatera information i varje enskild arbetsyta gällande informationen som samlas via profilfälten.

The request:
Could the profile field info be collected/imported/placed in account manager and be valid for or easily connected to new workspaces without needing to answer the questions over and over again or fixing exports/imports of the info over and over again?

Another thought, could this info be similar to profile image, something that can be easily defined as to be used in all workspaces?
