We’ve introduced several updates to the Live widget to give facilitators more visibility and better defaults for running live sessions.
- You can now view session history to see who joined your Live sessions and easily follow up by sending emails to those participants.
- For new Live widgets, recording and breakout groups are now enabled by default, making it quicker to get started with these commonly used features.
- We’ve also added In-Live Chat as a new option, based on frequent customer requests. This allows participants to chat during Live sessions and is visible only while the session is running. In-Live Chat is turned off by default and can be enabled when needed. For all important discussions and insights, we recommend using regular Super Chats.
These improvements make it easier to run engaging Live sessions while keeping follow-up and facilitation simple. ✨
