Minimize "Showing only your own comments" permission notices

Once a participant has seen a notice that they are only able to see their own comment, it would be great for them to be able to acknowledge and therefore minimize that notice to only see the lock icon. 

I often use a parallel chat for "notes to self," and seeing the notice every time that same chat appears in a workspace seems unecessary after several times. If it is minimized once but they continue to see the lock icon, a participant would have confidence in the privacy of their comment without the extra noise.
