Form widget

So this is a widget that works like a form. Different functions can be built into the form widget with different titles. The operating principle could be similar to that of profile questions. This same idea would only be imported as a widget to the workspace functions.

Thanks Juha, what kind of field types you would need there?

• Text field/area
• Multiple choices 
• scalable questions (like poll, pulse)? 

Are those relevant? Maybe something else?

Is the data used only in the workspace level or are there needs to use the same forms in several workspaces or collect data across workspaces?
