What is the feature or improvement you'd like to see?
We use automations to notify admins when a new participant is added to a workspace or userlist (e.g. “Käynnissä olevat opinnot”). Currently, automation emails do not support dynamic participant data such as name or workspace name.
This creates extra manual work, especially with high participant volumes, as admins must separately check who the new participant is.
What problem would this feature solve for you? Please describe the situation where it would be most helpful.
Add support for dynamic variables in automation emails, such as:
Participant name (first + last name)
Workspace name
Possibly email or other profile fields
How often do you face this issue, and what's your current workaround?
Admins receive a notification about a new participant and can immediately proceed with external account activation without needing to manually look up the participant in Howspace.
