What is the feature or improvement you'd like to see?
From the Account Manager view, it would be useful to be able to send email invitations to participants as well. Currently, the Account Manager view allows admins to be added and invitations to be sent to them.
Our customer, Coronaria, would like the ability to add participants to workspaces directly from the Admin View and send invitations to them as well.
What problem would this feature solve for you? Please describe the situation where it would be most helpful.
Our customer quite often faces situations where a workspace no longer has anyone responsible for managing participants. In Coronaria’s case, there are thousands of workspaces, and the person who originally managed a workspace may have left the company.
In those situations, responsibility temporarily shifts to the Main users. It would be very convenient for them to be able to send invitations directly to participants from the Account Manager view, without first having to add themselves to the workspace and then send the invitations from within the workspace.
