Pop up/Reminder when you copy a workspace

What is the feature or improvement you'd like to see?

When we copy a Howspace page, I—and many others—sometimes forget to include emails that were sent previously.

What problem would this feature solve for you? Please describe the situation where it would be most helpful.

Save a lot of time - More smooth - The system helps remind me, so it doesn’t rely on each individual person to remember. It provides built-in system support.

How often do you face this issue, and what's your current workaround?

Thanks for the feedback. This came up for others too: we've updated workspace duplication so sent emails are now copied by default, with no separate setting to remember. No more relying on catching it yourself; it's built into the system now.
