What is the feature or improvement you'd like to see?
We would like to have the possibility to export the content of the workspaces in a .pdf format to have it as one document (or several) that keeps the visuals and all the content and comments.
What problem would this feature solve for you? Please describe the situation where it would be most helpful.
We are using the Howspace as a support platform for online trainings and exchanges. During the trainings,it is a very lively and used space, where we communicate, add, share, discuss. Once the educational activity is done, rarely we come back to it. We would like to export the content we have co-created with the participants and share it with them. In this way, they will keep the information and content and can refer to it anytime in the future they need to do so.
This could also be an option for us to have kind of a "diary" of the training course that we can share with the partners and also use as a proof when reporting the activities.
How often do you face this issue, and what's your current workaround?
We have already organised 5 trainings and youth exchanges and we do not know how to share the content with the participants, as the export in an Excel file is not really helpful.
