The ability to download all educational materials used in the workspace, such as videos, images, and PDF files, to a computer at once for backup purposes.
I am not referring to attachments or files provided for participants to download, but to media and educational materials used as part of the workspace content itself.
What problem would this feature solve for you? Please describe the situation where it would be most helpful.
Currently, videos, images, and PDF files used as part of the workspace content need to be saved one by one. If a workspace contains a large amount of educational material, backing everything up this way is very time-consuming.
This feature would be particularly useful when a workspace is being closed or archived and its educational materials need to be saved for future use.
The ability to back up all workspace media files at once seems like a basic and essential feature for proper data backup, so it is surprising that this option is not currently available.
How often do you face this issue, and what's your current workaround?
This issue comes up whenever educational materials need to be backed up, for example before closing a workspace. Currently, videos, images, and other media files used in the workspace content have to be downloaded individually, which can take a considerable amount of time when there is a large amount of material.
