Branding is usually the first thing a new admin sets up in Howspace, and it’s also where people get stuck most often. Our newest release on 28th of October is a visual suite that makes it quicker to get from your brand guidelines to a polished workspace.
What’s included:

Revamped page visuals: Instead of jumping between three places to change visuals on a page, container, or widget, now you can edit everything through a sidebar. Click any element on the page to edit its visuals. Changes are visible in real time and you only need to save once. Help Center article coming soon.

Heading widget: This new widget is an easy way to add headings to a page so you no longer need to create custom widget styles just for this purpose. It supports proper H1–H4 headings and personalisation options like “Welcome, [first name]”.

Brand & theme builder: Main Users now have a new Brand & Theme section in the Account Manager. A short setup wizard turns your brand into a ready-to-use theme in a few minutes. For workspace admins, you can preview any of your organisation’s themes and switch to the one that fits your workspace.
Already have a workspace with custom visuals?
Nothing changes until you choose. You’ll see a banner in Workspace Manager -> themes & styles, inviting you to try themes. Your current visuals are saved automatically as a “Custom” theme to go back to at any time. Your existing widget styles will also show up in the new page styles sidebar.
