Impact Tracker improvements 📈

We've made several improvements to Impact Tracker. It now shows how people engage with the workspace, and it's easier to share results with leadership.

Activity metrics: A new Activity metrics section sits alongside your participant survey and business metrics. It shows the percentage of participants who:

• visited the workspace
• contributed in engagement widgets
• completed their progress (shown only when the Progress feature is set up in the workspace)

Like the other sections, you can view results weekly, monthly or quarterly, set targets and filter by participant group.

Excel export: Download your Impact Tracker data to Excel for further analysis or to combine with your own reporting.

​Graph export: Export Impact Tracker graphs as images and PDFs, ready to drop into a slide deck or a management update.

Seeing activity metrics next to survey and business results makes it easier to understand what's driving impact in your programs. 🚀
