We’ve made several filtering improvements across Workspace Manager to make it easier to target, analyze, and communicate with users. These updates are based on customer requests.
1. Streamlined filters across Workspace Manager
All views now share the same filtering options for a consistent experience.
2. Email filtering update
You can now use multiple variable filters when sending emails. This helps you create more precise and personalized messages for specific user groups.
3. Progress filtering update
Progress filters have been refined for more accurate segmentation. The new options: Not started, 1–49%, 50–99%, and Completed replace the old logic, giving you clearer insight into participant progress.
These updates make filtering more flexible, and better aligned with your needs.
