Multiple Variable Filtering in Admin Views

We’ve just made filtering in Users, Analytics, Progress, and Evaluation views more powerful than ever! Previously, filtering options were limited to one variable at a time. Now, we’ve upgraded the filtering from radiobuttons to checkboxes, allowing you to select multiple variables simultaneously. This means you can create much more precise and controlled user segments across your admin views.

Example in Action

You can now combine filters across different categories. For instance, you might want to find:

• Users who have selected Finnish as their preferred language in a profile field
  ​AND
• Users who have never visited the workspace or haven’t returned since 30.6.2025

This makes it easy to mix profile field information, userlists, activity data, and other filtering options giving you much greater flexibility for targeting, insights, and meaningful follow-ups.
